Here are a few things I need you to do before we start wrapping the gifts:

Please add the name(s) of the receiver of the gift on all items or put them in boxes and label the box, so I know what name to add to the gift tag.
Please let me know who the gifts should be addressed from (Family, Friend, Santa, etc.).
Please note any gifts that you might wanted wrapped together

Please upload any gift wrapping inspiration you might have if you'd like your gifts to look a certain way. Please keep in mind, if you allow me to select the materials, I will take a look at your inspiration, but I will have a degree of creative liberty when selecting the materials since the exact materials might not be readily available.

DISCLAIMER: By electing to give The Perfectly Wrapped Co. complete creative freedom, please note that the theme, color scheme, and outcome might not be exactly what you envisioned.

If you give us creative control and don't love the outcome, no worries; we are happy to re-wrap the gift but that will come with an additional re-wrapping fee.
